- Some items are manufactured on demand — please allow 1–5 business days for production before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs depend on weight and destination, calculated at checkout.
Returns
- 14-day return window from delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable: custom/personalized 3D prints, digital products (STL, OBJ files, digital gift cards).

Refunds
- Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunded to original payment method.
- Full order return = product cost + standard delivery cost refunded.
- Return shipping paid by customer (unless item was defective or we made an error).
Defective items
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or has a printing error — contact contact@3dcoq.com and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
