We sell physical items created using 3D printing technology. We generally do not sell digital files; we sell finished, tangible products that are shipped directly to you.
Yes, this is a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing. Objects are created by layering material on top of each other. Although we print in high resolution, a fine texture of lines may be visible.
We most commonly use PLA and PETG. For precise miniatures, we use Resin (SLA). The material information is always listed in the product description.
Usually, they are neither 100% solid nor completely hollow. We use “infill” (e.g., a honeycomb pattern inside), which ensures the item is lightweight yet durable.
Yes, all our prints are cleaned of support structures. However, small marks or rough spots may remain where the supports touched the model. These can be easily smoothed out with fine sandpaper.
Usage & DIY
Yes! 3D prints are great for painting. We recommend applying a primer first, followed by acrylic paints.
No. The high heat in a dishwasher (above 50-60°C) will permanently warp and deform PLA prints. Please wash them by hand in lukewarm water.
If the product is made of PLA – no. High temperatures will cause the print to soften and deform. This is considered thermal damage and is not covered by our warranty.
Custom Orders & Customization
Yes! We can print items based on design files provided by you. Please contact us for a quote. Note that items printed from your files are considered customized and are non-returnable.
Absolutely. We have a wide palette of filaments. If you require a non-standard color not listed in the store, this is considered a personalized order.
Yes, we fulfill orders for bulk quantities. Please contact us for individual pricing.
Shipping & Time
Standard products are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Personalized or custom orders may take longer.
Yes, we ship primarily within the EU. Shipping costs and times depend on your location.
If you have not received your refund or package after a significant time, please check your bank account first, then contact us. For expensive items, we recommend using trackable shipping or insurance when returning items to us, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, under EU consumer rights, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return standard items. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
You (the buyer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We do not cover the cost of the return label unless the item is defective or we made an error.
If your return is approved, we will refund the cost of the goods plus the cost of the original standard delivery (the cheapest shipping option available at checkout). Extra costs for express delivery are not refundable.
No. Due to the nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns for items printed on demand based on your specific requirements, custom dimensions, non-standard colors, or using design files provided by you.
We replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or if there was a printing error (e.g., layer shifting, structural failure). Please send us an email with photos of the defect, and send your item to our physical address in Luszkówko.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Yes. We process your data in accordance with GDPR. We do not sell your data. We share necessary data only with trusted partners required to fulfill your order (e.g., Stripe/PayPal for payments, InPost/DPD/DHL for delivery).
